Am back at school.

Other Girl's insurance paid to get me a rental car. A little silver Hundai. It runs pretty good. It's an automatic, though. And drives me insane with all of its little buttons and switches. B|

Will hopefully be getting Voodoo back next week.

Also bought The Dresden Files DVD with some of my Christmas moneys.

Well, we were rather insistant about the whole matter because it's my sole transportation. And we took it to a mechanic who specializes in older VWs. I guess the mechie had a lot to do with it.

Ahhh. Yeah, we had the luxury of being a little lazy and taking our time, not insisting on things happening right away. As it was also a daycare bus, they were closed over the holidays so that contributed to the wait.

To be fair, though, yours probably has a lot more damage than mine. Even if they had both gone into the shop at the same time, the fixing would have taken longer simply because of damage to the headlight and the internal wiring. *shrug*
