Adams and Dickinson hate eachother. Adams wants independence. Dickinson thinks he's an ass.
Franklin recruits Richard Henry Lee to help gain support for independence.
Lee is estatic. He accepts wholehearted-lee.
And sings about it. Bombastic-lee.
Adams tries to convince Jefferson to write their declaration using 'force'.
This fails for obvious reasons.
When Jefferson finally agrees, Adams won't leave him the hell alone. And follows him to his room to continue his pestering. I included this picture only because, awww, poor Jefferson. Won't someone PLEASE get rid of his Adams infestation?
And, finally...
McKean has the best solution for ending deadlocked debates. :3
