For the longest time, I could not figure out why the music in the Flash game Boomshine made me feel so chill and, more importantly, happy. I mean, it's pretty chill music to begin with, but this was something different.

I think I've finally figured it out.

The music reminds me VERY strongly of the music from Dinotopia! Man, I haven't played the game in ages, but I have nothing but good memories. The silly little puzzles, playing "poker" for trinkets and flowers, the awesome-as-hell dino puppets that made up the live action cutscenes...

I wish it ran on Vista. I still have my copy. And my "poker" set. Somewhere.

Note to self: Find those cards. They were fun.
