I just can't stand her voice, and her forced vibrato (the one she makes by nodding her head) makes me shudder! (Though, it seems like she's stopped doing that so much now.)
LOL They say that those who are trained in singing can never truly enjoy a musical/opera the same way others do because they're so attuned to analyzing and criticizing what they hear. I know that's true for me! (Partially why I'm SO pleased that trained singers were not used [mostly] in the Sweeney Todd movie!) Anyway, in 2001 Patti Lupone played Mrs. Lovett in a concert production of Sweeney Todd in San Francisco. I found it on YouTube.
