I seem to have developed a small muscle spasm in my left eyelid.

This wouldn't be so bad if my left eye wasn't my dominant one -- I can SEE IT twitching. Augh!

It's also affected my ability to close that eye. Which really, really sucks, as I instinctively close my left eye in response to bright lights, and kiffies are very light-sensitive. (Although I can see out of my right eye, I only use it for peripheral stuff and judging distance. Most of my vision is from the left.)

I guess this is from stress? I don't know. I hope it goes away. :/

:( That happens to me sometimes. I still haven't figured out why.

Maybe we have offended our eyeballs. :(

Sometimes I suspect it's from being tired for too long; when I need to stay alert, I tend to widen my eyes and raise my eyebrows. After a while it aches. If I had to do that too much, the muscles might react with a tic, you know? But that's not always the situation when it happens.

eta: And if we have offended our eyeballs, we'll just have to check in with our local fluffy alien about how to properly conciliate them. XD

Of course, you'll have to contact the Nariska Council of Immigration if you want your eyeballs properly dealt with by them after death. ;3

I'm sorry. :( That's a pain.

Figuratively speaking, anyway -- thankfully, it doesn't actively hurt. X3

Eee. D:

my Mom makes a cold compress out of a bit of tissue drenched in Visine when her eyes are bothering her. Even if the eyedrops don't go directly in the eye, she says it helps just to lay them on top of it. (She can't put anything in her eyes, she got coal-dust in her eyes when she was a kid ever since then has not been able to put anything in her eyes, she can't even wear eye make-up! O_o)

So, if you could maybe do that when you go to bed at night, maybe that would help?

This is a possibility. Though I don't have Visine... Hmm. I wonder if cold water would have the same effect?

That might work too! Cool compresses while you sleep can't be a bad thing.

Otherwise you could try a cucumber and become Kiff!Salad.... j/k XD
