This is actually not true! Amazingly, I have met people who are creeped by or apathetic towards owls.

I mean, I don't understand how it's possible, but I am forced to accept the evidence of my senses on this one.

(Personally, my first in-person encounter with a live Great Horned Owl was fucking magical and I will forever cherish the soapstone carving of an owlet I got to commemorate the occasion even though I have had to glue it back together twice now.)
