Lupin as one of Our Heroes, naturally. He's French. He and Percy will drive each other nuts. Oh, and he has a small cadre of minions (the lady reporter, the urchin/paperboy, and Grognard... I can't explain Grognard. His name is Grognard. He's kinda like... Watson crossed with a longshoreman and Jet from Cowboy BeBop), and a police officer determined to catch him, who occasionally helps him and seems to have a rivalry/man!crush thing happening.
