Towards the VERY end, about at the sword-dance? I was seriously wondering if they'd magically hopped into another musical.

Then I realized that Percy being able to magically hop anywhere is a terrible idea. We all know that he'd take it apon himself to swap out your wardrobe for something more... summery... whenever you went to work.

Foppery!

Thing One:

A compilation of clips from what I can only assume was "opening night" for Takarazuka's Pimpernel can be found here:

http://www.tca-pictures.net/scarlet/mv07.html

A) I don't know why Chauvelin is suddenly French Elvis for all of two seconds, and B) Damnit, Percy, "Peacock" was supposed to be a figurative term. I am not cleaning up after him when he molts. <(._.)>

Thing Two:

37 Things Percy Is No Longer Allowed To Do. )

Thing Three:

I am in the market for a good coat.

As I will be (hopefully) getting one tailored, I request design ideas. As of right now, I'm looking at Daniels!Adams' coat, as it is well-cut and looks so warm. :3

Send me pictures of (attractive) people in coats!

Hey, 'beens! Remember how they were advertising the Japanese version of Pimpernel a little while ago?

Here's some footage from the press conference for it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWhV4dJRVjo

At about 3:40, there is a clip of the main three performing The Riddle.

I am a little disappointed at Percy's wardrobe, if this is, indeed, his (her?) costume from that part of the show. How will they make the "ruby satin!" joke? Or worse, the "we'll make it black!" jab at Chauvelin? Well, it's better than eyeballs, but I'd almost prefer them if this means that they've toned down Percy's character as much as they have his color palate. :/

Marguerite, however, is spot on. And beautiful. I love her costume.

And I can now honestly say that I am gay for Chauvelin. XD

EDIT:

Click me to go to the website.

Evidently the website is up. :o

A Listy-Thing:

-A towel-bar bumper for Voodoo.

-A new space-heater for my room.

-Pizza. :9

-Sweet duds for reasons of foppery.

-SLINGS. LOTS OF THEM. I will name them all "Frank".

And, most importantly...

I WANT MY CAR BACK.

HURRY IT UP.

DRIVING AN AUTOMATIC IS MAKING ME INSANE. WHERE IS THE CLUTCH? OH GOD.

Man, Douglas Sills does NOT photograph well AT ALL.

He's got one, maybe two good shots on the official Pimpernel website. All the rest make him look insane or pasty.

When Terrence Mann is photographing better than you?

Something is wrong.

But I would still molest his wardrobe. HOT DAMN.

I'm almost positive that I've complained about this before, but no matter.

I got an L.L.Bean catalogue in the mail. Cool. Neat. I tend to like the stuff they have. Especially their winter catalogues, because, dude, flannel and fleece. But whenever I'd find something I liked, there it would be, clear as day: POLYESTER.

Polyester lining, polyester-cotton blends. WTF.

Peoples who have gone shopping with a Kiffies will probably notice that I avoid polyester like the plague. If I can avoid buying non-natural fibers, I will. But more and more, it's becoming almost impossible to find things that are wholly natural. "100% Cotton" is increasingly rare, and it's pissing me off.

I want leather and cotton and wool, damnit. I don't want polyester and lycra. They're hard to wash, hard to dry, and they attract the early-morning static like you wouldn't believe. Not to mention that they tend to fade a lot faster.

Is it so hard to simply make clothing without relying on damned polyester?

I think I'm gonna give this "not helping" thing a try.

You know.

Just to see if I can do it.

MOAR.

Eh? Eh? :D ?

Alright.

Am I the only one who thinks using the chopped front end of a Karmann Ghia as a trailer is, well... morbid?
